Return and Refund Policy
At Shitty World – *"we can do better"* – all products are made to order. Each item is produced individually for you, once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase – including size, color, selected design, and any custom text.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at hello@shittyworld.com within a reasonable time. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Legal Warranty (Applicable in Some Countries)
In some countries – including EU member states – consumers have the right to file a claim for defective goods within three (3) years of purchase, provided the issue is reported within a reasonable period, typically within two (2) months of discovering the defect after delivery.
This legal warranty applies only to faults or issues that existed at the time of delivery and does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
Non-returnable Items
As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Personalized or customized products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Orders placed in error (wrong size, color, or design)
Refunds (if applicable)
If a return or refund is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, you will be notified and automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@shittyworld.com.
